• Development, innovation and improvements

Delta uses the principles of concurrent engineering to increase its levels of efficiency and quality standard. The three Auto Cad workbenches are used extensively to produce accurate and scale built jig layouts for manufacturing, as well as for product/process/plant layouts. All test boards, crimping dies and machines are selected and maintained in taking account the highest technologies factors and customer requirements. The Engineering Department is well versed in VA/VE engineering and cost saving targets, as well as man/machine/process developments. Extensive knowledge of the customer’s product ensures conformity as well as excellent QCD performance data and ultimately customer satisfaction.

Delta has achieved significant status by partnering jointly with Leoni in a TAA to manufacture the EWH for Renault UB90 models. This allows Delta the opportunity to create a road map into other European car manufacturers.
